Definitely negative. Everyone knows that the program is a joke. People just have to show up and tell the instructor what they know he wants to hear and they get a certificate. Meanwhile they still have issues and can be like a ticking time bomb. I would take a hard pass on that.

It will be perceived as a highly negative thing and clearly a red flag. It is an immediate swipe past this applicant. I would keep that to yourself and never mention it to anyone in any setting. Does this make sense? This is a huge thing !
