Someone in my team (a subordinate) got an offer somewhere else, and they wouldn’t go cuz of me and this is what they said? does this happen regularly?

I’m her manager and she went and told a colleague that one big reason why she wouldn’t go is because of me. She said I’m breaking my back to get this department to function and that I trusted her with so much, so she doesn’t have the stomach to do it. And that she also learns a lot from me
