Like Madonna could retire and live on investments but she still sings and chooses to adopt children and have her own kids. I don’t know a single rich kid who does not have a degree and a job, they all work and work very hard.

My late antique dealer told be about her property portfolio... she started buying in the 50's and paid £5,000 for the first one, last one she bought was in the 80's for £120,000, roll another 35 years and they were worth £6million each, she'd last increased the rent in 1997 making £70,000 a month on a gross £60M because she couldn't spend it quick enough... despite this she was still engaged in her hobby of antique dealing even as she was dying (chain-smoking, no treatment stage 4) giving me basically free silver and cursing out anyone who complained about anything from prices to the smoke filling the air

I think it could partially be gulit, you've reached the near top or basically the top yet do you actually deserve it? Possibly, but do you deserve your fortunes more than everyone else who's suffering right now? Maybe, but that doesn't help.

I would argue that someone who works for some thing deserves it more than someone who votes for it.
