Why are men always hungry?

My husband always eats a lot. I mean to the point where I feel like I don't make enough food. Lol

About 10 years ago, the girl I was dating just couldn't seem to understand why I was tired and why I couldn't chat on the phone with her at work all day like some other girls' boyfriends. The implication being that I was probably talking with some other girl.

Eventually I told her that on her next work holiday, she was going to come and work with me for the day, and that she was going to be at my side doing everything I did. I would take every call on speaker phone and she would be listening in.

By noon, she was already worn out, and the phone calls kept coming. She had to carry around her own ladder (a light weight one) and she had to climb when I claimed and hold parts and tools on the ladder. She wasn't allowed to check her phone while I was working. She had to walk around the properties with me, up and down stairs carrying tools and supplies, and she was there as I was answering customer questions as I was working, then provided a bit of training on the new items for the customer, and how the phone still rang while I was speaking with the customer in front of me, and how I had to return calls in the car driving to the next job.

She fell asleep on the drive home and she was sore and tired for several days - and she almost never complained about me not getting right back to her or me being tired at the end of the day after her day working with me.

I don't know i guess i am a man as well because i am always hungry even if i eat 5 souvlaki and the whole plate of french fries 🤣 and eat the salad and more. I just eat too much all day!!! Once i got 3 mars chocolates and one croissant 🥐 and girls in class looked at me with HUGE eyes and asked me "where do you put THAT?" I mean...

Some people have a very high functioning and fast metabolism. My dad doesn't workout or anything and he eats a lot. He'll be having a snack a few minutes after dinner.

They need more energy and calories than women. My husband always eats double sometimes even triple than me I always cook extra. That man's expensive LOL but I love him too much.

The bigger you are and the more work you do, the more energy you need to consume. It's pretty self explanatory.

keep it around 2,000 to 3,000 calories or you will end up with more husband than you want

I’m always hungry too. I think the bigger and/or taller a man is the hungrier he’ll be. It also depends on activity levels.

Does his work out or does his work involve physical aspects? In that case , your body needs more food to compensate the energy used!
