Who was your worst ever manager , teacher or lecturer. I tend to think the worst managers / bosses are those who try to micro manage?

So , I think really poor managers try and cover their own insecurities and inept abilities by micro managing , the same could be said for teacher , an environment allowing growth is important in business , the inept will only crush the organisation.

Please tell about some of your worst and the actions that made you summarise it in this way , thankyou.

Micro managers lack trust. I imagine if the whole of their relational lives were analyzed and quantified that there would be obviously low trust scores. It fits the classic definition of insecurity. Uber-control freaks based upon inability to trust.. most of the time due their own introspective and extra thoughts and behaviors.

Some idiot with a Napoleon complex on top of having delusions about his own abilities (as in his day had 48 hours, so he would be productive in 40 of them). He practically ruined every project he got his hands on.
