Is this a good reason to leave work?

If I say at my interview I left previous work because of long working hours is that bad? I currently have to stay 1 hr behind twice every week and do Saturdays, plus I do 9 hours every day from Mon to Fri.

It's a good reason to say. Personal time off is more important then working your ass off which will peobably result in a depression sooner or later! But it is important to explain it in a way that it's not the long hours that is the biggest problem, but your personal life began to suffer from it which wasn't mentally sustaineble any longer

You should also mention during a new job intervieuw that you have absolutely no problems with doing overtime if it's needed occasionally as long as it isn't gonna be standard procedure

Sometimes. Depends on the new place you're going. Some places do not want you to have any overtime. Others like to hear that you will "go the extra mile" for them.

I work a 12 hour shift and go in every night. By choice. I have a schedule, but I still go in on my scheduled days off.

Personally, I wouldn't say that! Before they have a chance to ask you that question, why don't you ask them first what hours will you be working?

Not really.. usually anything over 8 hours a day is not mandatory unless agreed apon

If it is over 60 hours per week, yes. 50-60 maybe.
