I started a job last month and I told them I can work any day any time during that month. This month they scheduled me on a Sunday early in the morning. Number one I didn’t know I was working; the schedule one of the managers sent me literally cuts off. Number two I had church and I have to take care of my bed ridden grandma early in the morning. I’ve never ever been placed on the schedule for early in the morning so I was a bit confused. I told one of the managers that yes, I can help hang up clothes for 3 hours but I would have to leave at 1:00 and take care of my bed ridden grandma. She said okay, and then she pulled me over to the side saying im not making a good first impression considering I was out last week because I had to go to the hospital for my back. I explained to her that I gave my excuse from my doctor to the other manager last week and he told me I needed rest for 2 days. She proceeds to say the situation is fishy and other bullshit when I literally had an excuse. I almost cried. Im actually really close with the owner him and I became pretty good friends he took me and two other co-workers out for pizza Friday and he paid. He did reprimand that manager previously because she left the key to the register out and she miscounted the money. So I thought maybe perhaps she felt some way because I was close to him. I know girls that work there and they haven’t showed up in a month or two and I’m there busting my ass every night.

Actually, yes.
I'm not an advocate of quitting BUT you're in a terrible situation AND everywhere is hiring. We're in an economy now, particularly for teens and in the service industry, where you can work anywhere. You don't need to put up with crappy managers and the people you describe.
Be like a gopher at your current job: keep your head down while you search for a new job. Then, when you secure the new job, give your two week's notice at the old one (you'll impress the new employer by wanting to do that) and be done.
I don't think you should quit, but I'd definitely have a talk with the manager about when you are available and not available to work. Also, if you have health issues, it's usually excused so long as arrangement are made.
