Have you failed driver’s test?

I failed once.

No. It was easy for me because my dad helped me practice. I started learning inside an empty parking lot. Basic stop & go, simple turns, and parking. Then started driving around my quiet residential neighborhood on weekends when there were less cars. Same stuff but in a more public setting. Then moved to a more busy street that I know very well since I always got driven to school using it. Then moved to a state highway which had stop lights every once in a while. And finally, an interstate highway. It was scary at first because of the speed. But I blended in pretty easily and it was no big deal.

Hah, I failed both practical and theoretical 2 times and I haven't driven in 2-3 years, so that's going to be fun next year when I'm back in my home country.

I failed the written test in a re-fresh because I wasn’t taking it seriously, been waiting four hours for my turn, and rushed it needing to get back to my elderly mother.

The questions were worded to trip people in that condition up. The woman working the test told me to drink water, wait five min, and take it again. Then I aced it. She told me that happens a lot. 🤓
