I slightly prefer women because I can usually joke around and talk to them a bit easier than guys.. But that depends on if I have a girlfriend though.. Then it would be guys, because like Jamie said lesson a chance of becoming attracted.. Well really no chance.. LOL.. All in all if they are cool co workers men or women I'm good.
I picked "don't care" but I'd rather one of the choices be both. Because I do care. We need the perspectives and experience of both men and women at work.
Working in a technical environment, men are generally more capable of grasping mechanical concepts than women- and can make decisions based on technical judgement rather than spiteful emotion. I'd rather work with men, because if you second guess a woman or make her feel stupid; she'll ensure you are miserable for the rest of life.
It's a whole lot better to work with men. Most Women are catty, petty, wasteful, and irresponsible when working with other people, especially other women. I honestly am disappointed in the fact that they have children or a family, yet they have bad habits such as not cleaning up behind themselves or finding ways to get out of doing difficult tasks
well that is your experience... and your personal experience doesn't discredit or undermine a pier reviewed published study which included 52 different countries by the OECD PSIA.
I can handle working with a even mix of men and woman. It’s not problem. But I’ve had horrible experiences working with large groups of women. They get all catty, gossipy and chit chat. I have been in this situation 3 times and it sucked
Truth is men are easier to work with because they usually focus on what’s important.
When I worked in manufacturing, the women were always harder workers. The men were lazy as hell and had big egos and couldn’t be told anything. They feel almost threatened. Trust me I’ve seen it first hand, women in labor work harder. I’m sure there all fields were men excel too but some fields, women just work better.
From what I’ve seen at my old job, for the most part the women were harder workers than the men. Percentage wise. In other fields I’m not sure. They’re lazy people everywhere whether it be men or women. But all I know is that I would have rather have female employees working in a factory if it was my business
@Theriskytryer then that’s not valid because it’s biased Men work more hours we work more days more holidays take fewer vacations and work overtime it’s one of the reasons why we men make more money
It is valid you little bitch. Men are becoming more pussies everyday and unfortunately it’s affecting their work because they’re fucking lazy. So shut your mouth before you talk out if your ass. For all I know you probably are lazy too little bitch.
@Theriskytryer its really not because you are only speaking about a specific situation not the general population by the way most women do not work and are lazy
My job is mostly male. That being said the vast majority of drama stems from the women. I've worked with some cool ass women but the rest just seem to make a mountain out of a molehill and create drama out of thin air. So I prefer to work with dudes.
Option D: I’d rather work alone. Guys like to banter and bullshit and try to one up each other. Women like to gossip and have their own set of nonsense that they talk about. I don’t particularly enjoy either.
I worked with both dominated genders … I am fine with both. After graduation, I worked at a female dominated company with a female boss and three guys. Now, I work at a male dominated company with 4 women only including me…
Depends... girls who don't try to be men & don't dress like attention whores: fine. Girls who try to be dudes and claim that if they don't make the same pay as the guy who put in 30 more hours/week than they did it's unfair: pass.
There's too much negativity around working with females as an ugly guy, always walking on eggshells and watching the way we talk, plus when it comes to heavy lifting, females don't work as hard as the guys do, I see 4 females at work doing the same job as 1 guy and in twice the time, tell me why I'm supposed to say I'd prefer working with that situation over a situation where the jobs already done.
It would depend on how Straight Laced either would be. Providing that there isn’t any personal attacks. As long as most talking points are allowed. Then it really wouldn’t matter to me. Of course. Either would need to know their job responsibilities.
depends on what your doing. I work in carpentry and I'm a volunteer firefighter. No offense to women, but 95% of the women I work with can't handle the same work load. They can't work as fast, lift as much, the slow my down, and there dramatic asf. I want to get in and get out.
@Matthew2024 hey, I hear you! Thus us so true. It must be very frustrating when women are trying to do man's work and they just can't do it like a guy would. They don't have upper body strength that a guy has and their muscles don't come close to what a man has. I am a woman saying this because these feminists women want to be equal to a man and it's just not possible. I do believe in equal pay for an equal job though.
Bt i admit i wasn't that happy because i ended up getting a boyfriend and felt very restricted lmao. I couldnt flirt with all the offers i was getting 😂 Plus, a lot of the dudes (and the few girls there) didn't want to do their job and i was forced to do a lot of the work myself. So i quit since i couldnt enjoy the eyecandy nor the job
I prefer to work with other men. Men for the most part seem more capable of getting to the point of the task at hand and not getting distracted with what someone else said or did the night before.

After I had attested incompetence to our lady ''production manager'' she began bitching around instead of improving her performance.
In my own experience ''career''-women in 'leading functions' (or what they believe to be) tend to ''scheme'' more often than men do.
As for working in a team - disregarding any hierarchy stuff - I experienced women as... functional enough to work with.
I picked "don't care" but I'd rather one of the choices be both. Because I do care. We need the perspectives and experience of both men and women at work.
Yes I forgot the option, you're right

According to several studies women work together better as a team on than men do. .

Thanks

actually interestingly enough according to several studies women work together better as a team than men do.
If you're referring to research by Hive,.. Based on my experience at different facilities via travel work and full time work, that's cap.
well that is your experience... and your personal experience doesn't discredit or undermine a pier reviewed published study which included 52 different countries by the OECD PSIA.
From my personal experience, I seen both sexes clash with each other or the same sex. So it's really a toss up.
I can handle working with a even mix of men and woman. It’s not problem. But I’ve had horrible experiences working with large groups of women. They get all catty, gossipy and chit chat. I have been in this situation 3 times and it sucked

Guys aren’t as lazy women don’t really want to work they just want a check I can’t complete a project with a crew of women

@Theriskytryer and is that true for women as a whole

I'm indecisive...
I think guys are more likely to do something stupid or have fun or be totally serious (depending on who they are)
In my opinion, girls always bring drama and I try to stay away from that sort of stuff. But, I do love the site of women 🤤
Hard choice
Stuck that hard duck in me baby boy

But if I had to choose between those three options, I would go with option C. Since they both have their ups and downs, it’s kind of all the same.
That part is true, always trying to tell somebody what to do

Guys because thats more eyecandy for me and work would be a much happier place if i get fed my eyecandy
I chose my first job strictly for that reason lmao
Bt i admit i wasn't that happy because i ended up getting a boyfriend and felt very restricted lmao. Guys. No risk of false rape or harassment accusations, and we have a greater understanding of one another. Bro's before Hoes.
Doesn't really matter which as long as they're no difficult to work with.
not*
Yes it is the most important point
