I got withdrawn from my Victoria University course. Does anyone know what that means?

Most likely means you’ve been kicked out of university. You’re no longer a student there.
You will have to check with student recruitment or student services and check what’s going on.
Every university has their own protocol and reasons for doing so. Most universities would give you written notice before doing so. Check your emails, mailbox etc to see if you’ve been served such notice.
There can be many reasons for being withdrawn: poor attendance rate, maximum candidature period, discipline/criminal issues, not enough students to form a class etc.
