I quit my job, did I do the right thing?

Where i work, they mostly employee kids/teens , they get more shifts then everyone there (junior wages, I understand). At first I actually enjoyed working there, then it went to shit, i had another staff member discriminate me, to my face. Based off my style of clothing worn to the shop (i like to wear black jeans, a black tee, sometimes printed, some boots and i sometimes do my hair funky colours, i also have visible tattoos and piercings), it really upset me when she spoke to me, the way she did. A few people overheard her.

I had another young girl, talk to me like absolutely garbage one day, cause i was 2 minutes over my break time, i did let it slip, that next time she complains, i will chuck a dump on the floor in front of her, im never invited to work events, most of the other members refuse to talk to me and my shifts are also a issue too, working 1/2 days a week, currently, I've had 2 weeks off with no explanation as to why, my pay next week will be $0.00. Some of the other checkout bitches (i say that, cause they actually are bitches) whinge and complain about their shifts all the time, i get what im given and dont say anything.

i feel like that should axe my pay and list me as a volunteer there, i did reach out to the store manager and showed him my schedule and how i feel, its all built up over the year I've been there, ofc ill shop there regularly. But im finished working there and being treated like how i do, but i just wanna know. If i did the right thing?
