Basics is I've been a little depressed for probably the last 3-4 years, until recently where I got much worse. I'm a 25 year old undergrad student in Mechanical Engineering. Back in very early January, I got diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Due to the stress of that and school, I kind of imploded last week.
I am now on the path to healing. I'm working out, told my family, meeting with my professors, meeting a therapist, and getting antidepressants. But I want to know what has helped other people so I can recover from this.
TLDR: I'm going through a shitty moment right now and would like some tips to improve.
