What do you consider a high salary?

I consider a high salary anyone doing well that is 5' or taller. That person has a salary and is high (in height). You can make a million dollars a year, if you are high off the ground, you will never be considered a "high" earner.

I'd like to think that I set the standard for height related salaries. However, I have trained a new girl to take my position as I will take a backseat because of our plans to alternate where we live during the year.

Once married, we are going to attempt to split time between two countries, so we see both families almost equally. That is going to be tough to have an admin job at a healthcare practice when I am not there.

I plan to still work, but a much reduced roll. When in Australia, I hope to volunteer at AWQA, if I can. I fell in love with that place. Fortunate for the koala, he can be very much mobile with work.

Even though my wages will be reduced, my height will not. Therefore, I will forever be a high salary and height person.

I'll start off with a basic definition of a high earner/salary: making enough money in whatever economic environment you would have it, that allows you to easily pay your standard bills, and save 10% or more of your earnings out of every paycheck. Beyond that, if you earn well enough to fulfill Retirement funding, you're doing even better. I know this is very important for little Pauly, he really needs to save a lot for retirement since he's going to have to pay some poor soul to care for him when he is older. Having someone available to place you in the stroller or the wagon and take you to the store isn't going to be cheap.
