I'll have to isolate myself 1 week.
But my partner will most likely developed symptoms sooner than later then we'd have to isolate again.
What would you do if your job carelessly gave you covid?

There’s no way to prove that. Someone could have got it from the outside then came to work exposing you. It sucks but that’s how iTunes for us here in the hospital, at least where I work. I was out twice w it but ended up having to use sick leave. You could have been exposed to someone on the outside, symptoms take a few days to show up. It would be really hard to prove.
My boss told me there was an out break at the office
Again maybe someone got it from the outside then happened to be in the break room w everyone else. That’s not your company’s fault. Besides he could easily deny it. Your job didn’t give it to you, someone else did. Now if you were working in a lab where they were testing COVID you could probably argue that it came from your job.
Oh. I guess I see where you and everybody is coming from now. Smh I'm 9 weeks pregnant I feel attacked when I got covid. Nothing at the job is going right. As I am the only colored working there. I've been secretly looking for a mother job. You know its past my 90 days almost 6 months and I'm not a permanent yet.
I’m sorry to hear that I can understand how you feel. I work in the medical field we can’t even claim that we got COVID from work. I mean hell can you at least pay us some hazardous duty pay or something? Nope!!! Why do you say nothing at your job is going right? Why did you feel attacked when you got it?
Because they watch me like a hawk. Only to see if I've arrived back from my breaks on time. My director and her best bud watch me 6 times a day if not more. I was supposed to be made a permanent yet I'm going 5 months into the role with no benefits. I've been out of work basically 2 weeks now. They dont like me I know it. The office manager is like 20 years old talking to me..."emphasizing" work to me like I'm a fucking child. They have NO respect for me. I'm also a person of color. They can eat shitm tbh you know last week I was in a bathroom taking a shit. It was almost time for me to go on break. My manager kept trying to get in the bathroom. 7 times she tried opening the door. She even knocked really loud at 1 point. There are other bathrooms down the hall can I not take my shit in piece? The moment I walk out she's literally 2 feet away from me going in the bathroom. Next time I'm not spraying behind me
Nope be happy, they could sack you for taking time off

I call bullshit. Where do you have to isolate for a week now?
What?
The problem is there’s no way you can prove you got Covid from your job
How not? The girl I work closely with went home sick with covid for a week
But it was. Because air doesn't stay contaminated for 24 hours lol like what? Obviously I was around someone who had it
Because I wasn't. Idiot
Nope.
Are you serious?
