Can you live with your dad? Sorry for some reason I assumed your parents weren't together.

Can you live with a good relative or best friend?

If you are of age (an adult in the age of majority), AND you at least have a good full time (if part time that's okay too just that your household budget would be a lot less probably), then you can definitely move out and away from this unhealthy environment. You don't have to live in the city close to them either. You can start somewhere cheap. Also, you could do a room for rent, if you don't mind sharing things instead of getting an apartment of your own. It is really your choice to do with your life as you wish including where you live!
