At my job I'm going through boxes of files every day which means having to lift heavy files.
I've been doing this since August 2023.
In January my rotator cuff in my shoulder got injured due to this and my arm is still in pain.
I went to the doctor and have a medical certificate to prove to my husband I'm not fit to do this job.
My upper arm is inflamed and if I continue this it could lead to a frozen shoulder.
I understand we need the money and job market isn't great.
If I continue with this job I might not be able to use my arm and get work again ever.
I don't know how to convince him I need to leave before it gets even worse.

I don't think you should risk your health for work, You don't need to convince anyone, just make it clear that you can't do it. Your husband have no right to force you. Money will come and go, but if you couldn't work with your hand ever, do you think he would care, if he is not caring now?
Hey, thank you. Yeah him and my sister were like, "the rest of the family will think you're a failure again." Then my sister goes "I will never speak to you again if you leave without a job" I've cried to them in pain and they want me in that job I'm getting injured from. This is ridiculous.
