Have you ever worked in fast food before?

I have worked in casual dining as a cook and a dishwasher. But, Monday, I start a new job at Popeyes as a cook. It's a little different because it's fast food, but still pretty much the same. I'm going to feel like I'm possibly overqualified or like I'm the odd man out.

Yes my very first job ever was Burger King. I hated it. 😂 But the manager at the time was a grade A dickhead. I have no idea how I lasted a whole year. I still hate working as a server but I like it much better than fast food. I’ll just be glad to get out of the food industry

No. I've done almost every monkey job (anyone can do it, even a monkey) besides a burger king. Aaand at this rate, I thank god I haven't

Back in the day when I was in school I worked part time in a restaurant on weekends to make a few bucks & I loved it. The fed me every night, I had fun & met some really cool people & made a lot of tips. I never worked in a fast food restaurant.

I worked at McDonald's for about two years, and about half of that as a manager. I suspect you'll find your new job much the same as the previous one.

do what makes you happy. i worked at a cinnabon and a little ceasar's in the day and i loved those jobs!

No, and I never would. I wouldn't eat fast food, let alone work there.

Never worked in the food industry most of my jobs were manual labor or factory and line work or desk jobs.

I have never ran any kind of register. I would be so lost especially at fast food where all you do is press the picture. Confusing. Lol
