American people encourage new comers to speak English but they don’t teach anything?

Isn’t it ironic that they force you to speak English but then they run away when they see you learning English. Wtf?

If you want to learn a language, take a class for it, or get a tutor, or watch language videos, or play a game that teaches it.

But stop expecting the general public to spend 5 minutes trying to understand 1 sentence, most people live very busy lives and do not have time for that.
