i return from school at around 3pm. then i take a nap for 3-4 hrs as i get really tired. when i wake up, i still dont have the energy to study and end up wasting the day. i have a lot of syllabus to cover and my finals are only 2 months away
im unable to control my urge to nap and that just puts me on loop for a bad sleep schedule and no productivity everyday. pls halp I don't know what to do
