How can I study?

Rn I'm very high in stress rn. One thing after another and another and now I'm completely stressed asf..

And then this shit happened.


But it doesn't help when I walk inside the cna class room

( today was my first day due to my work which is mandatory )

and the teacher gave us some info to fill out... only for her to read outloud our information ( if she doesn't see anything correctly even with her glasses on she likes to read outloud ur confidently) ...

Well she read outloud my email address and everyone started laughing I created my email address due to me being depression and sad and shit and next thing I know was she ask me if I was sad and I said I didn't Want to talk about it.



So rn I'm replaying everything that has happened and I'm stressed asf rn. With everything else I have no damn motivation to even study.

Ah man that's rough. Teachers should know better than to put people on blast like that. No wonder you feel stressed and unmotivated now.

When stuff piles up, it's easy to wanna shut down. But you got this - don't let one ignorant teacher derail your goals. Deep breaths, mama.

Here's how I bounce back from stress:

- Grab some tasty snack to fuel up. Nothing cures stress like good food.

- toss on some pump up jams - your favorite artists that lift your mood. Sing along and dance it out!

- take a walk outside. Fresh air and nature are so relaxing. Listen to the birds to chill your mind.

- set a 25 min timer and tell yourself you just gotta study hard till it dings. No distractions!

- remember why this class is important to you. Visualize feeling accomplished after you pass.

You've dealt with way worse before and come out on top. Don't give up now luv, you're stronger than you realize. One bad day won't defeat you! Get back to hitting the books - I know you got this!

Pretty easy. Just know you are you and you are a independent amazing person. Your not scared to be you. And you watch. The people that laugh or hate will have karma hit them one day.

Chill. Come away from the books for a bit. Maybe watch a TV show, have a nap etc. Worked for me ❤️
