What can I do for migraine?

I have migraine and i have headache now, i can't sleep and i can't study... And im bored, i use pills but it doesn't work, what can i do?

Lots of fruit & veg combined with exercise.
It is simple & PROVEN.
Eat well, move MORE & live LONGER !!!
Treating the effects is temporary - It is better to NOT have the migraine/headaches

yes i know i should eat veg, fruit, but i can't eat food its kind of sick..

Drink more water, get some lubricant eye drops, turn the lights off in your room and close your eyes and listen to music, turn the brightness down on your computer, this might sound weird but get more protein in your diet I was getting headaches a lot then I started taking Whey Protein and now my headaches are gone!

I can't listen to music this very bad for me :o and i can't eat food unfortunately... buti try to drink more water thanks

I have a friend, Afghan wounded vet.
He gets awful migraines.
He told me he has a room in his house with only a bed and fan in it.
He goes there and turns the fan on that from what he says he concentrates on the fan drone.
I guess it helps.
I feel sorry for you.
I do not get them.

drink lots of water
if your in a dark room staring at a screen that won't help either so get some light in

yes already phone is migraine trigger just like caffeine, stress.. but i am do it rarely..
