Does the Bible really boost pain and stress tolerance through forgiveness and the 10 commandments?

The bible says if you want God to boost your pain tolerance and your stress tolerance and your calmness and your strength and courage, it is easy

You have to forgive those who sin against you, and you have to obey the laws of Deuteronomy 5 and Deuteronomy 7 which is basically talkingabout keeping the 10 laws of Moses, and being mindful of thinking and valuing and incorporating those laws into your thoughts and conversations and actions in life.

Now around 99% of religious Christian bible followers say that nobody can keep the 10 commandments, and I am here to repeat what I said in a previous post, that God rewards you for imperfect obedience when you are humble and honour Him instead of yourself. And when you upgrade your level of obedience by improving on previous levels.

God won't send you to hell for being flawed because everybody on earth is flawed. But God rewards you and punishes you based on whether you try to improve or whether you allow yourself to get worse.

Jesus said, your reward is not based on your objective level of obedience, but also on the level of change and transition you went through to reach that level of obedience.
