For the past two pandemic years, I have worked from home. I still mostly do that, occasionally going into the office. It's a nice balance.
So work from home with occasional office visits is my preference.
Benefits: No commuting to/from work, means that you can get more done in less time at home. Online meetings allow you to interact with colleagues and customers. Occasionally going into the office fulfills the need for face-to-face contact.
At home. It's a LOT easier to get to and I can work pretty much any time I like, as long as I put in 8 hours. I was at a print shop for 11 years and, shortly before I quit, they moved too far away for me to get to so, they'd ship my work to me at home and I'd work in the garage. As long as I got 40 hours a week in, I could get up as late as I want and quit any time I felt like it!
I’m an independent contractor I work from my vehicle. I would honestly prefer a normal 9-5 job. Preferably in an office if I’m at home I would get distracted very easily
Work from home as it's more comfortable don't have to go through traffic and travel fare saves petrol expenses too along with other benefits

Never had a job where I was able to work from home. With that said I know I wouldn't like working from home. The reason is because I would want the separation between where I work and where I live. I want my house to feel like home the place where I can relax with my girlfriend and my cat. The place I make love to my girlfriend, cook, do my laundry, go to bed etc. On top of that I would get distracted easier.
Guess its kind of depends (im viewing this from a students angle but I think it applies)
I like the flexibility of a hybrid model. Sometimes Im busy and it would be faster for me to just get things done outside of the classroom. But, I do work better in person.
Also its really nice to see people when you go in person! Plus I like to dress up sometimes and you can't do that over zoom! But other times its also nice to just lounge around in lazy clothes and get work done.
now I work from my home office.. I do like it so much more
but I can afford it too, I am able to do so, so... it does not represent much or any problem for me, I got used to it now, lol
From the office, during the lock down I worked from home all the time and got really bad cabin fever.
People told me oh just go outside for a walk.
But the point was I was working and sleeping at the same spot since I had no other room so mentally could not detach from one at the time.
Don’t mind a slight hybrid situation though.
The office probably got free snacks and rich bathrooms... while I only have... oatmeal and books to distract me in the bathroom
Work from home
Has my own setup, and cuts traveling, also can cook while working so eat better, and can dress more comftruble
Work from home because I can cook etc while working. And of course, no travel time wasted. Hour of sleep not lost to driving
Home. I have it all setup for it, I can do personal stuff while jobs are running. I do have to go into the office once per week to sign paychecks.
I'd rather work in an office because I am a people person and I work better with other people around me trying to reach a common goal. I get distracted too easily by myself.
I worked as a contractor and on farms and ranches most of my life. I prefer to work outside in the wide-open spaces, an office job would kill me, and there is no way I could be in a cubical.
so many distraction at home thats why prefer in office
From home because there’s a lot more freedom.
I don't really care either is alright with me but at least at home I can stay in a comfortable position so that would be neat
Evden masa başı bir işte çalışmak istiyorum
