Not a physical fight, but just an argument. Like if you're just shouting at each other or you just tell the other person to F off, if even that.

I worked on a management team where it was announced to us that one of the other managers was going to be fired. Problem was, that manager was friends with someone on my direct team and as a "friend" she took it personal instead of treating it professionally. The manager being fired had messed up a major donor event we had and had thrown me under the bus. Problem was, I didn't even work that day and of course I found out when I came into work and there were like 20 emails from different departments basically insinuating that I might be fired over this. If you can imagine, this did not go over well and when I went to our manager, explained all this, and was easily vindicated and the real culprit to be fired, the woman on my direct team defended the liar who almost got me fired.
We got into it in my bosses office. I tried to stay calm at first, but I was like, honestly, if this were your job and someone tried to get you fired and someone defended them when they knew it was wrong...how would you feel?!? I was boiling with anger and I tried to walk away from our bosses office and maintain some level of professionalism and calm down, but she followed me into the hall giving me the friends sob story as if I didn't deserve my job, but she did. That's when I lost it completely and we were literally screaming up and down the hallway. Our offices were adjacent to our staff room and employees started to peek their heads in wondering what the hell was going on because the two of us actually worked very well together and had never had issues before about anything. It got nuts! Eventually our manager separated us and he took me outside and we had a LONG talk walking around the building. Nothing happened in terms of disciplinary action because I was of course 100% in the right, but after that any conversations between the two of us had to be supervised with him present for a while after that to avoid any hints of unprofessionalism especially in front of staff.
Depends what video shows including perceived camera demeanor and non verbal. Usually, door is closed and blinds shut in these cases. This would be both adult and proper protocol behaviors. If a global corporate with Standards then might be something. Ma/Pa then probably not 🤷🏻♂️
Good luck 🍀 with it.
