When you take a Job you give the company/HR right to your criminal and credit, including but not limited too all Social Media. If I did something in Thailand, a global standards company would find it. A phone number is child's play.

Doctor Note/Appointment Date need to be within two days of you reporting to work the result. The next day is preferred as it can be submitted electronically. There is no excuse...
