Which work did you hated before but now you love it?

Fun fact, I hated reading and writing before reaching 4 grade. In the new school there were books which made me go like yes books are interesting too. I never liked writing, I don't like writing now too. I don't like writing school works except literature. I love writing about what is going on my mind.

I hated piano when I was new to the classes too. I mean I chose piano because I was always curious and loved it's melodious sound but started hated it after joining the classes, now I love every piano class.

History for me. It is my favorite subject now to study but I didn't like how it was taught in high school and uni. It made me feel like I have to memorize things including dates, like Battle of Agincourt at 1415.

But the way I study history now is so different from the way they taught and tested in my school. I like to geek out on little things that make me feel connected to the people of the time like what peasants ate in feudal Europe, like what vegetables they put in their soup and how they made their bread. Or reading love letters from WW2. Or how to train a horse against cannon fire in the 16th century.

I feel really lucky to be in my school when I hear such things. Only certain teachers teach lame over here but I have no problems opening up my curiousity instead of studying like robot because our literature (Hindi and English) teachers and all Geography, History, Economics, biology and civics teachers appreciate that.

Positively hated English and writing all through school until 9th grade. And enter into my life Ben Foster. After my first abysmal paper and showing in class, Mr. Foster asked me if I was stupid or an idiot. Through that year and another he taught me not only to do better but to love English and love writing. I was a speechwriter for 18 years and continue to write today.

The other love is running. When I first joined the Navy, running was evil and now I genuinely love it.

I used to dislike doing cardio activities in my teenage years, like cycling in gym or playing badminton but today I just love it.

First thing, don't forget you are still a teenager so your mindset might change later on and second even if your mindset remains the same, it is fine because not everyone will love or hate the same things.

Yes I'm aware of that, like you for example. However for now I prefer following a dance routine than working out, it's boring and exhausting.
