How can I become a more energetic, inspired and motivated person? Any books I should read? Lifestyle hacks? I want to do more things in my life?

It’s like I just struggle with everything.

Getting out of bed in the morning especially. I just always feel tired. I’m never in the mood for getting work done, going to the gym, or doing much of anything at all.

I’m just so used to escapism. Just playing mobile games, and watching youtube and tiktok videos on my phone for hours at a time.

I’m anxious and uncertain about the future, the path forward just seems so distant and life just feels kind of pointless at the moment. It isn’t really enjoyable much at all.

I prefer not to think about all the ways I could’ve done things better in the past because it just seems impossible to correct and I lack the patience for dealing with trying to correct shit.

So if I try to just force changes too quickly nothing ever gets done. Things fall apart flat on their face.

Its like I just need to make all these little subtle changes but its difficult and frustrating to figure out.

I mean I’m in college and I got friends working jobs on the side, studying languages and going to the gym while I’m just barely scrapping by and always feeling burnt out and depleted just trying to keep up with classes.

So instead I’ll just hide away on my phone for hours a day, accomplishing absolutely nothing. Because I simply don’t have the energy or the motivation or the drive to do anything more.

I mean there’s more to life it’s just this is all I can really do. Anytime I try forcing myself to do more its just too stressful.

If I could implement change slowly over time in ways that are more manageable than I absolutely would.

Its just whenever I try making changes too drastic or too sudden, my life just begins to spiral even more out of control because I’m not used to the change so I have to revert back to my old ways in order to reclaim control.

Either way I’ve been told to exercise more but I don’t have the energy to do that. So hopefully if I just reform my sleep schedule or something and keep it consistent I might see positive change?
