How can I become a more energetic and lively person? What lifestyle changes do I need to make? What should I be eating and doing for exercise?

So I’ll be 100%.

I’m in college and I always feel tired and drained out. In between when I’m doing work and going to classes I’m mainly just catching up on rest.

And while its natural for everybody to need a break from work, its just I notice I’m spending far too many hours during the day catching up on rest, while other people still have the energy to go out and accomplish other things. Whether it be paid work outside of college or time with friends or hobbies or whatever else.

And while a huge part of my problems is likely because I always stay up late and my sleep schedule is inconsistent, there’s other issues at hand as well.

So now I’m left with trying to work towards a solution.

And while certain solutions are more obvious like establishing a set schedule, and sleeping a regular amount of hours, others are a bit more complicated.

Like for instance I’m still not totally sure what I’d even do if I went to the gym.

It’s not like I have all these workout ideas in mind. And while I see the added health benefit of exercise, as it stands currently I’m just not energetic enough for a gym visit to be worthwhile. Especially with all the headaches I get regularly.

But I guess maybe even if I were to just keep a set schedule, the headaches would go away and I might find that I have the energy to do more things.

So that’s why I’m thinking of just using dieting and scheduling as a stepping stone for exercise. Because of everyone I know that’s been capable of doing exercise, they seem to have those other two things down.

So as soon as I acquire those two missing pieces, theoretically I should be able to exercise.

And while in terms of diet I’m not snacking on junk food or anything, I’m not exactly conscious of what I’m eating either and that could be a potential problem. As well as potentially even the fact that I skip breakfast on days I don’t have classes.

But besides that a lot of people seem to have these vitamin pills or energy supplements or whatever they use.
