My advice is to take small walks for 15 minutes a day or when it's daylight but make sure you do it in public areas, I do know that this Christian guy, Paul
Gaudino recommended this for me also do what you are able to do also you could slowly add minutes to the time you walk

For me it's all about starting, after that it's easy to do the next excercise. To start, I simply found an activity I enjoy even if it doesn't provide a benefit.
For me, just leaving a sword near my computer is enough to get me started. I pick it up multiple times a day. Sometimes for a few simple swings, sometimes it turns into an excercise to buildup my wrist and forearm strength. It involves the whole body as I have to step into a cut and rotate the body to make it effective. That makes it a great warmup excercise.
Once I am already moving, switching to stretching, weightlifting or whatever is much easier than thinking about it from the comfort of my chair.I'm not really sure what motivates me, I've just always been fit since childhood. I guess these days if I feel I've slipped a bit I notice it in my clothes and just step it up at the gym a bit. I don't go mad on it or anything, but I enjoy going to the gym, most weeks it 3 times, sometimes if it's a busier week it's just a couple of times. I don't drive so I walk a lot too and I love it, it feels nice to get out into the fresh air and into nature. Also at 45 I can look at myself in the mirror and be happy and confident in my body being as good as a healthy fit man in his early 20s. There is a feel good factor to it, but I don't know how I'd start from scratch if I wasn't already here.
Having an actual setup works for me.
unfortunately I live with others which causes constant detours into setting up practicality for routines.
Closest I could get was spending about $200 to reorganize my room by adding in extra shelving space, and spending an innumerable amount of time reorganizing my belongings in order to have enough exercise space in my own room.
once you have the space from there it’s about sticking to the kind of diet and exercise you want, and letting it become routine from there.Experience and a little effort into the planning…getting to the workout is the biggest hurdle usually. Once I’m there I’m in. I follow an easy routine of warm up and dynamic stretches…than the workout…cool down and maybe some static stretches and then fuel and rest. I vary the workout so I don’t get bored too. Long day hike, day of swimming, just yoga, rock climbing, skiing, body weight stuff, I mean it’s a lot of mentality so that’s where a lot of the drive comes from. For instance, it can hurt in the beginning and sometimes you want to quit from the pain, but after a month or two you are exponentially more conditioned and that alone is worth it. Leaving your past self in the dust without even noticing.
I usually look at myself in the mirror and look at cute clothes.
My bestie and i talk and review results of how our bodies look and what we each prefer doing as well.
We both have similar taste in style so when we meet once every two years or so we hype each other up, lol.I don't care what it is in life it is if we don't want to do it the first step is the hardest followed by the second step. Basically it's just you have to want it more than not wanted is that simple if you were to walk 30 minutes a day for 30 days I guarantee you within one week went one and a half weeks your body would crave it because you're breathing new fresh air in you're clearing your mind and you're getting motivated and within 30 days actually sooner you can see the change in your money but you have to walk at a fast-paced 30 minutes a day for 30 days
Start out slowly, start walking for 20 minutes then increase your time by 10-minute increments when you're ready. Then you can start with a light jog and as you get used to it, (remember, it's no how fast you go, it's how far you go), you can increase your time. Once you've gotten used to using those muscles it will be easier to motivate yourself.
Set myself a goal that I must complete or take some sort of punishment (mental, not physical. Such as not reading new book until I finish my exercise debt,...).
Like I do pushups every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and If I fail then no treats for me.As a man I always motivate myself as taking example from Ancient Warriors, I like the times when pyhsical strenght was more of a thing. I workout to be like them, I motivate myself with having the knowledge of men are supposed to protect their loved ones, thats our natural duty to protect our people, tribe and country. Whenever I see myself capable of doing it then I feel more proud about myself and like to workout more.
About women, you can workout to be more aestethic and look pretty.. that will do ; )I exercise daily.
It's simply about always doing what feels okay for you, but always doing something.
The paradox is that the more you do, the more you want to improve at it. Cause you see the progress.
Then what becomes hard is not doing it.Date someone VERY out of your league and let your insecurities manifest an envious need in you to prove to everyone that it’s not just your personality that is attractive. You’ll never run out of motivation and still you won’t satisfy your insecurities no matter how good you start to look because you and everyone will always measure you up to your extremely attractive partner :/
I feel motivated to exercise because I love it. I get motivated from the results I get from exercising. The miles covered from a run and muscle gain are additional motivators.
The fact that regular exercising is great for brain and cardiac health and can starve off onset of many diseases is another motivator. In my 30s, I bloated 50+ pounds into a "lard butt" and I couldn't stand what I saw in the mirror any longer. Before all that, I was athletically fit & sexy in my 20s. I made it a goal to try and recapture my old glory and maybe even better. Nowadays, I'm very happy with the results of my workouts. I may be much older now but I feel healthier than ever.

never been to a gym... would never feel like working out on my own...
I've always done sports, mostly soccer and then football... anything that's teamwork and some competitiveness works for me, personally Listen to upbeat music that gets you moving
Break your exercise routine down into small, manageable chunks
See if you can join an exercise club and make friends
Be patient with yourself but also see how you progressI exercise every day and have been like this for over 20 years now. It might be cardio one day, calisthenics the next or weights. But I always do something.
It’s not just about looking good but it’s for mental health. It’s a stress relief for me.For me works putting music on the background and moving to the rythm of the music. Also, I don't count anymore how calories I burn, I just run for specific amounts of time.
I really fell in love with jujitsu. It turns out that I basically don't care about looking good to women. My health is important, I guess, but I don't really feel very immediately compelled to do anything about it. It would be nice to wear slimmer fit clothing, but again; it's clothing, so whatever.
And then I found jujitsu. I love jujitsu. I want to be good at jujitsu. To be good at jujitsu, I need to be slimmer, so that's what I'm doing. There are many. have been from the start.
Right now is it mostly to feel better mentally and physically and I have been doing it for so long that I just do it like going to the toilet apart of the worst down moment there I must do it to get better.
It's pretty tricky to not overdo it and create health issues. can't go on like I did before the whole health circus started.
