I don't need to. I just need enough motivation to step onto a metal plate holding an isometric contraction for 20 seconds. I don't even need to move around, just stand in the same spot. People have over complicated stuff and missed out on some of the most efficient and effective methods of working out.
For example, the exercise in the below short is an upright row with a calf raise. You can also build your own unit if you don't want to spend on the commercial one:

3 days a week is on the high end of working out, its good to give rest days to let your body and mind repair. As for doing it after work i tend to use the nike of "just do it" the moment you start thinking about it the moment you convince your self to not do it, dont think just put on your shoes get changed and go

You make it daily ritual like brushing your teeth. You don't have trouble finding motivation to brush your teeth. Don't think of it in terms of you're doing it for vanity's sake. Do it because you are improving and or maintaining your health. Because in a very real sense you are. When you mentally treat it like a non elective act you physically treat it like a non elective act.

I don't go to gyms... I just go out and do sports with the dudes, much more easier for me that way, it doesn't really feel like a tedious workout at all
I set aside a time for it every day, usually right after lunch. If you go to a gym, pay the higher fee if necessary for them to do your laundry so it's always ready for you.

I don't really need to find motivation. Could be because I started young. Maybe my motivation is feeling good and being healthy but I enjoy exercise.
No need to motivate myself. I just love going to the swimming pool 3 or 4 times every week.
I don't need any motivation to do it. I just have to do it. Its part of my routine
Always be determined and when you get used to it, it's good for tiredness, it's resting, I've just started and it's really hard sometimes after work
Get up and go…. by sheer force.
