The thing that motivates me is wanting to live a long and healthy life
Eat healthy sleep good wake up early then have a good company go with you to the gym.
Watch anime that hypes you up and gets you in the mood
I think it helps if you have a partner to exercise with.
Testosterone (mine is spiking or something by the way I’m working out like crazy I think I’m going through another growth spurt)

Looking at a before-and-after is a good idea.
Because We know the result will be beautiful
Taking pics of your progress or just developing the habit
Put your exercise clothes on, see how you feel then,,,
