Good diet, proper sleep schedule and regular exercise routine stimulates the body, which in turn stimulates the brain. Too much exercise too quickly will just tire you out. It's a matter of discipline and a regimen.

start with small walks, then longer walks, maybe get out on some trails in the mornings, caffeine isn't healthy, there's more natural ways to boost your energy.

1) Adequate sleep that is actually good quality so you aren’t waking up all the time between 7-8 hours ideally
2) nutritious food. Pay attention to micro nutrients and have good variety. You’ll feel a lot better in a few weeks of being consistent
3) get your body moving. Any way really. Being indoors disrupts your melatonin cycle therefore disrupting your sleep and getting body moving will give you more energy too
As for supplements: probably a good idea but not before fixing your diet.. it’s like a nice car that’s broken. You don’t buy nice accessories and decorate it before you fix the engine..
I’d either get blood tests done to see if your low in anything or vit B complex, vid D and iron which tend to be deficient in most people causing low energyif you cut back on stuff that has added sugar and get a decent amount of sleep. you'll slowly notice you have more natural energy to tackle your daily life. unused sugar turns to extra calories/fat in the body just like to much salt can make you retain water.

Exercise helps. For me, I need to stop drinking beer or wine in the evening. When I do, I don't feel as energetic the next day.
Being active actually increases energy levels, whereas being sedentary decreases energy levels, and actually saps energy from you.
Maybe take some vitamins that raise the energy levels?
