For the past 2-3 months I been eating healthier for over a year now. I lost 25 pounds in a year just by not frying my food and not eating out. I actually cooked in an air fryer and added more fruits in veggies. I cut off processed foods as well. Recently I been eating a more protein breakfast that includes eggs and spinach just to name a combo.
2-3 months later I noticed my energy levels picked up by a lot even when I’m not doing nothing. I’m more hyper and I pick better snacks now. Unhealthy snacks I don’t even like like that any more. I have to do something even when I want to be lazy and have a chill day.
is it normal to have an excess amount of energy now?
