If you’re gonna lie, at least be good at it. So first this job cancels all of our feedback meetings claiming nothing came up, it just needed to be cancelled. Then they ignore my request for new equipment. Then they lay us off and tell us its due to budget cuts. Yet you guys make bank AND just hired more people. Then after they lay us off, they tell us to sign resignation papers next week. Why would you sign something saying you resigned if you were let go? Lmao these folks lucky I’m not the type to get all legal with the shitz. I dont have the care nor the energy. Bt My last job before this one pulled the same shit and had us “resign” yet there was a company merger. Lol honestly I can’t believe I’m about to be on job #5. I’m living my sims 3 dream— Jack of All Trades 🤣

If you consider pretending the same as lying then yes I guess I am a good liar at my job lol , putting on the fake professional attitude to keep my paychecks coming , I am not saying I am not good at what I do , but I don’t think I am absolutely amazing at my job , I just fake it to make it basically lol , We are all numbers when it comes to working for someone , whether you are a boss or a supervisor or an employees we are all numbers because we are all replaceable, we can try our best and do our best but we are still numbers and we are all Replaceable the only way you are not a number is if you own your own company but owning your own company you have to fake it as well kissing. customers asses so they buy what you are selling. To keep your business line I honestly can’t stand people that think their shit don’t stink when it comes to their job like their whole life revolves around their job and they walk around like they are better than everyone , that shit annoys the hell out of me because your job really means nothing but a paycheck to pay your bills and to keep a roof over
Your head , so people that are fully career driven and act like their shit don’t stink cracks me up on how pathetic they really are like their only way in life is to act better than everyone else and act like they know it all , it’s like dude wake the fuck up we all eat and shit the same pretty much , stop trying to boost your ego thinking everyone worships you most of the time those
People have no common sense what so ever , they might be good at their job but they are dumb ass fuck when it comes at a lot of other things. You can be proud of yourself for what you achieved but you shouldn’t be walking around like you are better then everyone , I rather be a cool boss then an asshole boss , Girls for some reason are drawn to a guys status , he has a good job he is a boss or a leader or he owns his own company and blah blah blah but you take that same guy and put him in a janitor outfit she wouldn’t be attracted to him anymore so when I see a girl hitting on a guy cuz of his status she is setting herself up for disaster because someone that has a high ego like that can’t be trusted why I don’t go for girl’s that are after my money and what’s inside my wallet if she is expecting a hand out good luck to you honey that isn’t love you are a selfish whore I want a girl that is my partner her and I vs the world , doesn’t matter how much more money I make then her , as Long as she is working with me to pay our bills and keep a roof over our head and clothes on our back and food in our mouths that’s the girl I want by my side not a girl that is jut after my status in her eyes , I will kick her to the curb where she belongs

Here's the thing about lying if you lie first of all your lying to yourself and when you do that it must mean you don't like yourself very much because you lie to change who you are . You either are trying not to get in trouble. Or make yourself look better or different than who you really are. The thing about telling a lie is NO MATTER WHAT the truth always comes out

It better fir yourself in the long run to just be honest if you messed up admit it I mean honestly if you did something you did it for a reason so own that if it was something wrong own it take the pain right then and there and say you lied what's even worse is when you do something and then you tell a lie to cover it and that's even worse than whatever you did no I'm not a good liar and the funny part about it is is I tell the truth and that's when people call me a liar because they don't believe the truth it's actually really funny because I put myself in some weird predicaments let me tell you and for me once I label somebody as a liar I don't really trust them anymore I don't even want to be around them really

I'm crap at lying because I'm lazy and don't want to go to the effort of keeping the lies consistent.

I can't even convincing tell a girl her ass doesn't took too big in the dress she's got on.

So why does the company want you to sign resignation letters? What is in that for them? There has to be something bad for them if you and the rest of the team don't resign. Things in the US work so differently I don't get it. Here, sometimes people are given the opportunity to resign rather than be sacked so as not to have the stigma.

If the company wants it I'd be inclined to not do it or else write something like 'I resign because you sacked me'

Lying is a useful skill, but I don't know if I want to admit to being good at it, lol. If you hear someone say, "I'm a fantastic liar," then you'd generally stay the fuck away from them, or else never believe a word they say.

I’m extremely good at lying to most people. I’ve never tested myself against someone trained in detecting deception, or a polygraph machine. I sometimes wonder how good i really am, or was actually. I’m out of practice. I haven’t lied in about seventeen years.

I can if I have to, but I generally try not to. If at work and speaking with individuals who work for me, I would leave details out or specifically say I cannot comment. Those that I trust, I could/would speak to in private.
