Not this one... someone has to lead.
both wants to lead, that is the problem
It is going to come down to the paperwork, the best attorney, and maybe 30,000-50,000 per attorney. If this is a partnership then there is usually a splitting of skill sets that avoid "the glamour Titles". We operate this way... And the fact that I like to operate in the background like a VP fits well with the "Front Guys" personalities.
There has to be someone in charge of the Operating account. This guy signs all the checks, receives large sums of money, distributes large sums of monthly monies, Banks, Brokerage, Realtor, July/December Taxes, Supply Chain, and ultimately responsible for the Tax status of Company and client. Oversight stops and starts here.-It is also my responsibility to give an inter-partner monthly explanation that a 5th grader could follow and easily conduct Oversight on my work. One of my staff members and I "push paper"...
You can have multiple signers checks too.-This defeats the purpose though... Clients always communicate with the person who signs the checks which means international timezone accessibility, weekends, and one button click files with everything in it. My Clients see what I do as their weekend hobby as their 6am-8pm workday does not allow for it kind of thing.
