They seem to have different ideas of how things should be run. One tells me to do things one way and the other tells me another. One complaining all the time about the general manager the first assistant manager has some major differences with the GM.

Number one, I think he’s bitter because he wanted the job after the old general manager retired some years ago they decided to go with a outside hire. Which I agree he’s pretty incompetent, inexperienced, and has zero collage degree. But at the same time he is higher ranking then the AM who keeps complaining constantly.

I just want to do my job and go home. I don’t even care at this point I just hate being yelled at by two different people who can’t seem to get along on anything.
