Never been shoved by anyone at work, and it’s a damn good thing. But the last time I have an unhealthy work environment I quit on the spot. Right now it’s super easy to find another job.

If they shove you, let HR know or their immediate supervisor know. Be sure to write and email or a text to report them, so it is in writing. If they are being rude to you, address them head on right away. Don't wait, until they do it again. Handle the situation right then and there.
You ask,
"Are you OK?"
"I'm sensing some tension, is there an issue?"
"I feel disrespected or uncomfortable by the way you are speaking to me, what is the issue?
Raising their voice is inconsiderate. Shoving you, or inappropriately touching you, is illegal. These days it seems that any employee above entry level is now titled "manager." Even so, someone must be in charge of the place. Speak to them.
Show them the excellent work you do, that makes them look good to management. In particular, don't lower yourself to their level by yelling back or trying to get even.
