What should I do about manager who rubs against me?

I work behind the counter, usually along with my manager, who is an older woman in her 40s. Multiple times in the course of the day, she will squeeze past me in the narrow space, and when she does, she invariably brushes her behind against my crotch. There is no doubt in my mind that this is on purpose, because on several occasions, she has made salacious remarks while rubbing against me, including "That was fun while it lasted," and "Your girlfriend is lucky," and "I can tell you're happy to see me this morning."

I guess most people would say she is attractive in a MILFy kind of way--and I'll admit that round butt is her best feature. But I have a girlfriend, and I find her behavior cringe. (She's married, by the way.) I am not sure how to handle this. Should I report her to the owner? I don't want to get her fired, but I do feel like I'm being harassed.

That's a tough one because you don't want to piss off your boss. I know because I dealt with the same sort of thing for almost a year. My first job after university was in an all-female accounting department. There were four women, and me. Two (one was the manager) were in their 40s and they teased me with sexual jokes and even some physical stuff (rubbing her boobs on the back of my head). The other two were about my age and they didn't participate but always laughed. I didn't mind it much at first but it became very awkward.

This is what you do. You smack yourself in the face and come back to the real world and stop daydreaming fake scenarios.

• Complain to the appropriate personnel
• Put up with it
• Find another job
