My manager acts differently towards me?

My manager acts more stricter towards other coworkers, he’s still nice but professional and sometimes shows a bit of anger when things go wrong. But whenever he’s with me, or when I talk to him he’s always gentle and speaks in a soft voice. He’s always on my side and defends me in situations where others speaks up about my work. Not sure if he’s like that because I’m a bit younger than him, but then again he’s not the same with other coworkers my age. There are also signs he has shown interest.

So what are you asking? I'm not sure what to answer here because this is more of a statement than a question. So is this a problem for you that he treats you better than others? Like why worry about it when you are getting better treatment than your coworkers? Take it as a plus and hope it doesn't change because it sounds like you have the ideal setup at work with your boss. He likes you and defends you and backs you up. Not sure what the issue is.
