My manager doesn’t acknowledge me?

When I first started working he was very nice and welcoming, in the mornings he would greet me and asked me how I’m going. It’s because I was new at the time. But now days, few months into he’s been distant and never acknowledges me. He only stares at me from the distance, and asks other coworkers about me. Like if you want to ask me something or need me then why not come over and ask me? He always stares and watches me what I’m doing. When I talk to other people he would listen and smile whilst watching me. He would also check me out time to time. He talks to everyone but me. Does he not like me as a person? Or something. When I approach him, his face is always priceless and he talks back. He smiles and laughs and all but majority of the time he ignores me. In the morning he greets everyone and comes near me, standing behind my chair and lingers there. It’s like he’s waiting for me to talk to him or something. Do you think he doesn’t like me or doesn’t see me as important?
