Why is my manager behaving strange since I handed in my notice?

I have been working for a new company for four months. In our one to one online meetings early on I noticed she would sometimes say that it was concerning that I was struggling with particular aspects of the job and I’m not where I need to be at this point and she would have a smirk on her face when she said this. I didn’t think much of it at the time but then in my 3 month probation review meeting she dropped a bomb on me and told me that I was not where I needed to be and there were issues with my performance at work related to accuracy and not communicating with colleagues appropriately regarding tasks and set deadlines. She told me that if I continued she would extend my probation or dismiss me.

I reached out to a staff member from another team for support with my disability. He deals with disability in the workplace and reasonable adjustments. My manager said what I did was wrong asking for support for my disability outside of the team.

In group discussions she ignores my existence whilst speaking to other colleagues and gives me dirty looks. I’ve noticed she will look me up and down sometimes and give me judgmental looks for no reason. In all our meetings now she’s constantly picking apart my work and giving me corrections. There has never been any praise of my work she just loves to nitpick everything I do and tell me that I’ve got something wrong in a task I complete.

Recently I handed in my notice because I got another job and I didn’t tell her what my other job was and the day I handed in my notice she went extra strange with me. She started by asking me what my other role was and when I told her she acted extra uncomfortable and kept grinding her jaw and then started training me on everything in my current role. She arranged three calls with me in the space of two hours to show me different procedures and to have the opportunity to tell me what to do and to show me that she was right and needed to still train me.

What is her issue with me?
