What is wrong with my manager?

Ever since I started this job this girl is trying to make everyone like her more? She literally try’s to get close to every male new coworker that’s cool with me and she starts sticking her butt out for attention. There was a new girl coworker who started to get close to me she even try’s to cut our conversation like a weirdo? She starts feeling a way when people give me compliments on how I dress etc … the other manager made a joke about my man is here which was the bartender name Ben she even try’s sticking her butt out and doing the most for his attention and feels a way when he’s talking and laughing with. Everyone talks about how independent and hardworking I am.. she starts talking she’s independent and hardworking too? Like why is this person competing me?

I’ve had this a few times myself. I just ignored it. It is pretty funny to see people start following all of your friends, and new friends though. Even had people do this and further start talk about me. My friends who know me and how I am cut that woman off then.

Have you ever considered that as much as you’re feeling this way about her, she could be feeling like you’re acting a certain way towards her too? You may not think you’re doing anything at all and she’s just trying to pull attention off of you, but who knows how she’s perceiving things, if anything at all. You’re both very grown adults, so having a conversation to clear the air is much better than fueling unnecessary tension or drama in the workplace.

The thing is I had a conversation she continues to compete with me when we don’t even work in the same section? I’m a chef and she’s a manager lmao 😂 Everytime someone gets close to me she feels a way and starts talking to them to piss me off? I’m an adult I have no time for that bullshit I don’t come to work to date every male coworker that’s something she’s always doing , sticking her butt out in the kitchen

I don't know what kind of stance sticking her butt out is supposed to be lol but I don't know, I’d just ignore it if I were you. Maybe you’re giving it too much attention and if you don’t then she’ll move on to whatever else.

Well I have a supervisor who hates me, and I still don’t know why.. so I see where you’re coming from. I feel maybe your manager might know how good of an employee you are and that one day you might replace her in her job. She definitely sounds jealous of you for whatever reason. With my supervisor, I went and let my boss know. I’m not sure about where you work, but I have 2 bosses. Do you maybe have one above her? Or maybe you could let a supervisor know how she makes you feel. Maybe try contacting corporate (anonymously if you wish). There’s got to be someone over her somewhere. Make sure you let them know how she makes you feel and treats you. Be sure to mention that you haven’t done anything to her that you know of and don’t know what she has against you.

It’s honestly weird she’s older I’m 24 she’s 27 or 28.. the guys she sticking her butt out to works with me … he only has 1 teeth and in his late 30s? Like never met such a thirsty human being. It’s literally EVERY MALE new coworker. She likes to much attention. We are not in high school anymore Or elementary
