My manager is sucha a piece of shit, he takes credit for all of my work what is wrong with him? What should I do about it?

LOL I kid you not. I worked with a manager who turned in one of my ideas and got a bonus through the company. He even told me later, enthusiastically, that the idea I gave him earned him a bonus. I was speechless at his naiveté.

Next time when you do some work... make one or couple of points unclear to him.. so when he is goind to peesent it and he won't be able to ellaborate that points he will have to consult you and you will earn the credit

You should find another position -- either transfer teams at your current company, or find a position somewhere else.
