What is my managers problem?

So I started work new job and on day 3 he tried to send me home without asking or verifying what actually happened. so I had a phone call from the police and I did inform someone but they didn’t inform the manager and then they went and spoke to the manager and let me stay

but now I’m on week two and I noticed the manager behaving weird. Like he would work at his desk and his office is made of glass so he can easily look into the site and I’m indirect line of his vision. He moved two chairs up to the glass places a lot of on one chair and some opposite crouching down on his laptop and I noticed him staring.

which I find odd I signed out for the day because we finished early. So I walk outside and then couple minutes later I see him outside just wandering around near someone else and then he goes back in. I see him looking at the sign out she he was staring at it. Funny thing is everyone put their time is 4pm when we actually finished at 1:30 pm and I put on the right time and my friend but not the others

Because I moved away from his vision, he would come out the office 5 times in an hour pretending to be on the phone and help full timers and stare at me Multiple times throughout the whole shift every time every day.

at one point yeah I was talking to my friend and behind her is the office but it’s made of glass so you can easily see it right and he walked up right he got up here and walked up to the glass standing facing directly to me for 4 seconds and I kept my eyes on my friend. if I were to look above her shoulder, yeah that would be me making eye contact with him. which I avoided and I kept my eyes on her

I don’t know why he’s behaving like this, Why is he trying to see why or what I’m doing? And to what time I sign out or sign in. And who im talking to. I find out im on shift Monday but she isn’t booked at all but her and my stats are great so I don’t understand what’s going on and why…
