Sure. How dumb are you? Do you think HR exists as an advocate for the workers? Wrong! Who signs HR's paycheck? That's right. HR is there to minimize the company's exposure to labor lawsuits. Yeah, people like you.

That sexual harassment training. The performance review process. The performance improvement plan (PIP). That's just to document a process and cover the company's ass when the CEO gets caught bending the receptionist over his desk at the Christmas party or they want to get rid of you.

This is more likely to hurt you than them. You'll come across as a dissatisfied employee, which you should always keep to yourself.

Don't think that you can make the place better by reporting a bad manager. It doesn't work that way.

You have to have evidence that proves what you mean in better detail than "not good". Do you honestly think anyone would come after you because they said you are "not good."

Difficult situation, unless there is a owner that can correct his manager for his actions it's most likely a difficult case. Managers are in charge and nobody can really correct them because they are in charge

they are always in the kitchen. at the front of the house, they tell us what to do like bus the table and they just stand and look and then go back to the kitchen and do the same most of the time. and when there's an issues, they told me if i ask my coworkers first. they should be regular employees
