Can anyone who is a manager answer me this?

Why do you praise bad employees? What is it about them you favor more than the good ones who bust their ass and does everyone’s job? Why do you let them get away with so many things that the good employees will get in trouble for? I want to know. Why punish the good employees? Why play favoritism?

This happens a lot at my store. I honestly want to be a bad employee too. I’m tired of being good because it means I do everyone’s job. I want to be bad and be praised for it. Also, I hate being reliable where I have to drop everything for everyone but no one does the same for me. How do I stop being an reliable employee?
