Yes, I definitely have a library in my own house! I've always been a bookworm and have been collecting books since I was a kid. I have a large bookshelf in my living room that is filled to the brim with books of all genres.

I have everything from classic literature to contemporary fiction, from poetry to non-fiction. I even have a section dedicated to my favorite young adult series from when I was growing up. I love being able to have all of my favorite books in one place and being able to pick up any one of them whenever I want.

One of my favorite things about having a library in my own house is that I can decorate it however I want. I have a little reading nook in the corner of my living room with a comfy armchair and a small table that I use to hold my book when I'm reading. I've also added little trinkets and knick-knacks that remind me of the books I love. I have a little Harry Potter wand on the shelf, a small statue of Gandalf from The Lord of the Rings, and a few other little things that I've collected over the years.

Another thing I love about having a library in my own house is that I can share it with others. I love lending books to friends and family and seeing how much they enjoy them. I also love when people come over to my house and they see my bookshelf and they're so excited to pick something to read. It makes me so happy to know that my books are being enjoyed by others.

I've about 1160 books, 2 bookshelves - double row with books, 1 bookshelf in my computer room and one in my bedroom. Then I of course have my cooking and baking books in the kitchen - those I've not counted.

Then it's the in transit books - they're in my closet, books I've yet to read and books that are on their way to the thrift store.

Yeah kind of, not a full library but I have three bookshelves allone, he has two but these are mostly for his work. We have a another bookshelve not filled with books allone but some deco and hobby material. Yes quite a lot of books even so I read a lot of ebooks and use libraries to get books from there.

God yes, I've got stacks of them. Literally stacks. Everything from Frida Kahlo to physics dictionaries, and old-fashioned encyclopaedias. Fiction too. What's more, they're not just "for show", I actually use them quite a lot.

A bookshelf isn't a library, you would have to dedicate a full room with bookshelfs for that. I had bookshelves worth of books but I have given away most of it. It took up to much space and was heavy to move around. And you rarely reread a book.
