You see all the wrong points.

There is no such thing as “belief.”

It’s convinced or not convinced.

OR

Know or don’t know.

Right now, you could say you’re definitely in the ‘don’t know’ category, and “don’t feel convinced.”

OR

you could be in the ‘know’ category, but not convinced it will work step by step, or actually applying this to yourself.

I’m telling you even the smallest movement will get the ball rolling.

Consistency always leaves a Mark.

When you put in the Work

ANY effort

you will SEE results.

No one was born knowing. 👏😑

Everything is learned, practiced, and eventually fine tuned. ☝️☺️

You’re not a fine tuned driver, so stop comparing yourself to other fine tuned drivers. 😱

You haven’t practiced yet, so you need to start with the basics of learning.

Get a patient driving instructor, or someone who has a vehicle and will be willing to let you just get USED to the feel of the vehicle. Road stuff and logistics come later. First get comfortable operating the machine.

If someone asked you to drive straight (with no traffic or road animals) for 500 miles, and breaks and food and sleep is optional- I BET MY WHOLE HAND ✋

you could do it.
You would do it.

Work your way up ⬆️ to adding more to what you’re used to.

If you’re not used to even driving straight or being inside the car at the wheel, you won’t be used to anything else. 🤔

Let yourself have the opportunity to build. 🤲

Beliefs are established in childhood. Id check back there for programming, false beliefs and lies, oaths. Thats humanity, you got yours, I got mine.

My guess is lack of good parental engagement at certain ages to help you develop confidence, study up on Erickson Development Stages. Regardless, that means doing some gradual repair work on self.

No doubt some people are more sensitive than others... and so negatives are stronger. You can readup on "Highly Sensitive People" to see if that's you. As such, you have powers in senses, empathy, socially, but they caused challenges developing.

Other than that, then it's just doubt and failures which creates fear. Conquoring fear by Christ is my approach... there is no fear in love and took fear out of death... He dealt with that. An approach is setting goals, working towards them. Repeated successes and building up, that is how you get anywhere.

May require some some evaluation of skills, driving requires multi processing and maybe that doesn't work so well. not sure how to examine that...

@Guffrus I look at both, both are relevant, thought I covered that. Belief was the key word that made me think of the solution I accepted. When have such a belief, it "leaps" over and beyond a lot of the "bad emotional programming" that is in control. It's one approach to addressing fear and other negative energies.
