Santis seems to think African American Studies indoctrinates kids in “queer theory”…whatever the hell that is. On the other hand, religious studies are ok. So where’s the line?
It's clear. Objective education that doesn't push any ideas of what's right/ wrong (e. g. traditional math) is education in the purest sense. Nearly everything else is either specialized training (e. g. engineering) or indoctrination. Social studies, sociology, or any social sciences (including African studies- the least respected discipline in all of academia) are all indoctrination as they instill a version of right and wrong, and how to view the world.
Traditionally indoctrination gave people pride in who they were, what they were a part of, and instilled patriotism and civic virtues (e. g. hard work). Now they teach that all white people are evil, or at best recovering devils. Any difficulties or doubts someone has results in their queer programming, which is why the "trans" population has exploded. All of these are indoctrination, but instead of building a strong society it's seeking to destroy our current one.

If they are teaching a class called "African American Studies" and there is stuff about homosexuality in it it is clearly something the school does not want parents to know about. That definitely crosses the line.
