What to do when even assembly jobs turn you down and you can’t find one?

As a female in a male dominated field I know how hard it can be to get out there. Keep applying to jobs, maybe consider going to school to get a leg up. I was going back for my bachelors degree when a company took me. Plus a lot people will be against you as I had to fight to get my license, which I’m proud to say that I am the first female in the state that I live in with this license. It’s been an uphill battle, but someone will give you a chance. Mine was because again the only female. He wanted to see a woman in that position. I’m grateful for him but unhappy about the situation that happened out there.

Okay and thanks! I try to look at the positive side of things. I’m not going to lie though the last job I had was great but someone violated the code of conduct and I brought it up and was told their was nothing I could do. So I had to leave and I enjoyed what I did out there and I still think about going back almost every day. But hey everything happens for a reason. Business administration is good. I have a masters degree in that. So what I figured is that start off in a company that in entry level and work my way up. Again male dominated careers are hard, but trust me keep your head up! Show them who’s boss and maybe one day they will be looking at you to make big decisions in the company!

Try a two-year certificate degree at a community college.
